The United States is known for countless tourists’ attractions and most famous landmarks in the world. All the states have nominated their famous most spots for attracting those who are planning to visit United States. In peak season, these places remain so overcrowded that, visitors sometimes face difficulties in making reservations for accommodations and even at a restaurant. To avoid such events, it is suggested that you must make a booking well in advance to let the trip go as planned, else, unnecessary impediments may ruin it. Almost all the travelers intend visiting famous places to make life time memories, especially those who travel from outside the United States. The aim of this article will also remain to let the tourists know some of the most visited places of America for ease of planning their trips.

1. Utah – Bryce Canyon National Park. This park is sometimes ignored by the analysts to include in top list of attractive places in Utah, however, each year almost 5 million travelers visit this park. It is attractive for its natural and scenic beauty, which is multiplied by the rock formations.
2. North Carolina – Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This famous park is at the border of North Carolina and Tennessee States. It is also known for unmatched natural beauty. It is estimated that around 9 million tourists and locals visit this each year. Wildflowers and the forests add to the existing natural attraction. Furthermore, this park is also a focus for the hikers who hike around the beautiful waterfalls and lush trees.
3. San Francisco – Pier 39. This landmark of San Francisco is considered as the highest populated landmark which is frequently visited by the tourists.  Tourists enjoy different activities here including sailing, different rides in the park, adventure activities and the aquarium. Pier 39 also has variety of events like fireworks, some themed activities etc. which attract more visitors.
4. Michigan – Mackinac Bridge. When thinking of Michigan, this bridge is the landmark which comes to the mind. It connects the upper and lower peninsulas of Michigan, thereby making it one of the most used routes in the state. Almost 9 million people visit it annually in one way or the other. The bridge has now become an identity symbol for Michigan.
5. Minnesota – Mall of America. Although the Mall remain highly under rated but on the contrary, people who visit Minnesota, always prefer going to the Mall of America. Fun rides, theme park and the Nickelodeon Universe remain the top attractions of the Mall of America. 
6. Chicago – Navy Pier.  Those who know about Chicago believe that Willis Tower is the most famous spot but Navy Pier is the most visited place here actually. The place becomes extremely attractive due to contiguity of the lake and fun activities available here. Ferries, fun rides, mini-golf course and the museum can engage your complete day in having fun time. Deep dish pizza may be called the most appealing food of Chicago amongst many other famous food varieties. 
7. Los Angeles – Venice Beach. One of the dream spots for any visitor to United States is Los Angeles. Many fun places remain major attraction landmark but Venice Beach stands out amongst them. The annual influx of the tourists is estimated more than 10 million. Venice Beach Boardwalk provide you opportunity to walk along and enjoy city life including performances by the locals and specialists like juggling, singing, dancing etc. 
8. New York – South Street Seaport. Undoubtedly, New York is the name which pops in our mind when imagining the United States of America. It truly holds numerous famous landmarks for the tourists but one of the most unique and surprising places is the South Street Seaport in Manhattan. Some people consider it best place for a romantic date and others value it for restaurants and shopping. 
9. San Francisco – Golden Gate Park. Another famous and attractive place of San Francisco is the Golden Gate Park. Its famous attractions include California Academy of Sciences, de Young Museum, Botanical Garden and the Japanese Tea Garden. Besides all these spots, it also hosts a number of fun activities. The park is visited annually by over 13 million local and international tourists which clearly indicates the importance of the landmark. 
10. San Francisco – Golden Gate Bridge. An iconic image of the United States of America is the Golden Gate Bridge of San Francisco. The bridge is globally famous especially after the series Full House in 90s. It remains more crowded in summers as compared to winters.   
11. San Diego – Balboa Park. Amongst most famous landmarks of California, Balboa Park of San Diego is much more popular. Most attractive places of San Diego lie in Balboa Park which include zoos, museums, gardens, carousels and art centers. These places may take a day or two to trip around in fun. 
12. Boston – Faneuil Hall Marketplace.  Each year Hall Marketplace is visited by 15 million people including tourists aiming at shopping and dining. The mall is always loaded with visitors and entertainers like magicians, musicians and street performers. 
13. New York – Grand Central Terminal.  Public transport is most utilized in New York city within the United States. It must be surprising that the terminal is a most visited landmark. It is operational for over a hundred years now and host more than 21 million people each year.
14. California – Disney Land Resort. Disney Land in any country remains the most visited and loved landmark, for both kids and the adults. Need not to enumerate the fun activities available at the park, however, it is worth mentioning that it is visited by over 16 million people each year. 
15. Florida – Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Located in Orlando, Magic Kingdom of Walt Disney can be termed as the biggest tourist attraction. It is visited by over 17 million people each year.  The Space Mountain, Jungle Cruise, Splash Mountain and the Pirates of The Caribbean are most crowded and attractive rides in the park. This is one of the most loved theme park of the United States.
